Structured Finance (FAS)
The objective of KPMG Structured Finance is to create independent, innovative and multidisciplinary strategies, based on financial structuring that leverages resources for projects of private initiative and Private-Public Partnership (PPP) projects. We offer advisory services in integrated strategies to help solve problems that agents of the public and private sectors encounter in providing public services, helping government and public entities in modeling PPP projects. We also provide debt advisory, assisting companies to obtain funding, including the analysis of alternatives, advisory services in the preparation of financial and operating information, roadshows with banks, support in the negotiation of contracts and guarantee structures, up to the conclusion of obtaining funding from financial institutions and multilateral organizations. Structure: Our team is composed of professionals that provide the necessary support for raising funds both for projects of private initiative and Private-Public Partnership (PPP) projects.
