Who we are?

Patrícia Molino:Partner in charge of the Advisory Department in Human Resources Management at KPMG in Brazil, who leads teams in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba. She has been working at KPMG since 1997, and started as Manager, being promoted to Director in 2000 and to Partner in 2005. She provides services in the sale and management of Human Resources projects, with emphasis in Executive Search, Assessment, Development, Human Resources Due Diligence, Outplacement, Coaching and Interim Management for companies of different sizes and market segments, in Brazil and in South America. She previously worked in advisory and external audit service companies, as advisor and manager, from 1989 to 1997, developing Human Resources services, especially Executive Search and Assessment to various clients. She has a degree in Psychology (1989) and Law (2005), both from Pontifícia Universidade Católica - São Paulo and she is specialized in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - São Paulo (1999).

Lorene C. CarvalhoDirector of the Advisory Department in Human Resources Management, in charge of the Career Services activities in Brazil, involving projects of Executive Coaching, Outplacement, Human Resources Downsizing, Pre-retirement Plan - Life Coaching, Workshop on Job Search and Setting Up Your Own Business, Family Succession Program, Volunteer Retirement Program and Leadership Training. She has a degree in Psychology from Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras, with specialization in the Clinical area, focused on Behavioral Therapy. She has a post-graduate degree in Human Resources from Universidade Paulista, specialized in Psychodrama and Certified in Executive, Personal and Quantic Coaching from the Integrated Coaching Institute (ICI). She has 25 years of experience in the area, developing Outplacement and Executive Coaching programs to Presidents, Directors and Managers, succession programs in family companies, as well as various Downsizing programs to national and multinational companies from the most various segments. She was responsible for the development, adaptation and implementation of Outplacement, Executive Coaching, Downsizing and the Pre-retirement Plan – Life Coaching of the Advisory in Human Resources Management of KPMG in Brazil.

Andréa Guerra:Responsible for the Advisory Department in Human Resources Management at KPMG in Rio de Janeiro. She works in the management and implementation of Human Resources projects, such as: Executive Search, Coaching, Evaluation of Talents, Outplacement, Training and Development, among other activities related to the sector, in various segments. She has 18 years of professional experience in HR, managing projects in the advisory and development area, acquired in large-sized companies, such as: Losango, Vivo and KPMG. She has a post-graduate degree in Business Management from FGV, post-graduate degree in Human Resources from PUC and degree in Psychology from UFRJ, with specialization in Psychodrama and International Certificate in Integrated Coaching. She works as Human Resources professor at Universidade Estácio de Sá, and she is a Member of the HR Executive Group.

Andréa BarcellosManager of the Advisory Department in Human Resources Management at KPMG, in charge of the Curitiba office. She works in the management and implementation of Human Resources projects, such as: Executive Search, Coaching, Evaluation of Talents, Outplacement, Training and Development, Downsizing, Workshop on Job Search, among other activities related to the sector, in various segments. She has 17 years of professional experience in Human Resources, acquired in large-sized companies, such as KPMG Consultoria Ltda., IBM Brasil and Human Resources advisory companies. She has an MBA - MBKM - Master Business Knowledge Management from COPPE-UFRJ, post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management and degree in Psychology from Universidade Gama Filho, with specialization in Client Relationship Management - CRM from ESPM. She is a Member of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources and a Member of the HR Executive Group.

Gisleine Camargo:Manager of the Executive Search Department, who coordinates and develops services of recruitment and selection of executives and professionals specialized in Brazil, through techniques such as: market research and definition, hunting, analysis of curricula, qualification and target interview, among others. She worked in various Assessment processes, involving operational and executive levels, Organizational Climate Evaluation, Training, Outplacement, advising clients in the search for new job market positions, as well as involvement in downsizing processes. She has a degree in Psychology from UniFMU - Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas - São Paulo.

Cristiane Gonçalves:Senior Manager, working in the Human Resources Management Advisory department at KPMG in Brazil. She has 12 years of professional experience, seven of which in the development of advisory projects for KPMG clients. She started at KPMG as Advisor, and she is currently a Senior Manager. She has also worked for two years and a half at CEVA Logistics (formerly TNT Logistics), in the recruitment and selection, training and development and internal communication areas. She has also worked for two years in the Human Resources advisory of a large-sized company. She has a degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista (1994), MBA in Service Marketing from ESPM – São Paulo (2002) and MBA in Human Resources from USP (2004).
